Pay To Participate

November 15th is the deadline for any outstanding pay to participate fees to be paid. This includes all athletics, band, and the fall play. Please make sure you have these taken care of in the office before the deadline.

The Madison Local School District charges a pay to participate fee for each extra curricular activity. These activities include all sports, band, and plays. This fee helps support the supplemental contracts of coaches, directors, and other individuals that help run these programs as well as some other additional cost depending on the activity. This $50.00 fee is the cheapest in Butler County. Most schools charge between $100 and $500 per activity. 

 
If your son/daughter does participate in any of these activities, please pay these fees as soon as possible. Failure to pay these fees may result in your son/daughter not being able to participate in their desired activity.
