A Parade Of Love

Parade

On April 7, 2020 Madison Local Schools teachers, staff, and community members took to the road to show students and their families how much they care!

Officer Kent Hall and Officer Corby Hansel led over one hundred cars along the community’s Santa route, splitting off in different directions to cover the township as teachers held up posters and honked their horns. Thanks goes to transportation director Cathy Middleton for reaching out to parents and staff to suggest a parade was just what the community needed.

In keeping with the parade spirit and bringing cheer to our community, help us celebrate our Madison Seniors by decorating your front door as a tribute to the Class of 2020!

Families are encouraged to decorate by hanging athletic uniforms, pictures of their seniors, music notes, musical costumes or anything else that celebrates their child and represents what high school has meant to them. If you choose to participate in this tribute, please send a picture of your tribute, which may also include your senior, to Chelsea.higgins@madisonmohawks.org. Include a few words of encouragement for your senior, and perhaps a shout out to the entire Class of 2020, that he or she will be able to read in the yearbook. Entries are due by May 21 in order to make it into the yearbook. Contact Mrs. Higgins about other important Senior submission deadlines for the yearbook. Yearbooks can still be ordered through May 31, 2020!
