Madison Elementary creates Veteran’s Day video

This year, we celebrated Veteran’s Day on Wednesday, November 11. Due to COVID-19, our celebration in observance of this day looked a little different, but Madison Elementary still wanted to take the time to thank and recognize all of our Veterans, while maintaining social distancing protocols. 

 

Students were encouraged to wear red, white, and blue to school on Wednesday. In addition, we also asked our local Veterans to send in a small video about themselves and what they are thankful for on this day. We used all of the video submissions to create a video for our students to watch together. 

 

Although things were done differently, it was important for us to take the time to honor our Veterans. From Madison Elementary, and all of Madison schools, thank you for your service.
