Tuition & Fees


Tuition is paid through 9 monthly payments of $275/month.

Payments may be made through, check or cash.




The following guidelines shall be followed for the collection of fees for all typical Madison Preschool students:


  1. All payments are due the following dates:

    1. October 5, 2020 

    2. November 2, 2020

    3. December 7, 2020

    4. January 5, 2021

    5. February 1, 2021

    6. March 1, 2021

    7. April 12, 2021

    8. May 3, 2021

    9. June 1, 2021


  1.  If the preschool is closed due to COVID-19, the monthly fee of $275 will be prorated.  A deduction of $15.37 will be taken for each day the preschool is closed from COVID-19.  Absences, calamity days (2 hour delay and all day) and sick days will not be refunded.


  1. Payment must be received through PaySchools Central.  Attached you will find information on how to create an account.  The total amount due will be posted on PaySchools Central at the end of each month.  


  1. Fees shall be paid in monthly increments in full. Parents may not make partial payments.


  1. If payment has not been made within 7 days of the due date, a reminder letter will be mailed. If payment has not been made by the third week of the month, an exclusion letter will be mailed. 


  1. If a child enrolls or withdraws during the month, fees will be prorated.

Special education students on an IEP will not follow the same payment guidelines. They will be assessed the annual school supply fee only.
