Susan C. Richardson Memorial Scholarahip
Deadline: April 25, 2025
- Attended Madison High School continuously from grades 9-12
- Attained a minimum of 3.5 cumulative GPA
- Must attend school of higher education with in 6 months of graduating
- Complete essay requirements

Middletown Elks #257 Scholarship
2 $500 one time scholarships will be awarded to a student at Madison High School who is dedicated to continuing his/her education at a 2 or 4 year college, or a technicl school, or career center. Applications are available in the Guidance office.
Edwin L. Pence Scholarship
Deadline: May 23, 2025
This scholarship is open to any high school senior that is planning on furthering their education after high school. Applicants must have at least a 2.5 gpa. Applications are available in the Guidance office.
Madison Athletic Boosters Scholarship
Deadline: April 18, 2025
Applicants must have earned at least 1 Varsity letter in any sport. Applications are available in the Guidance office.
Madison Youth Basketball
Deadline: April 18, 2025
If you participated in Madison youth basketball, you are eligible to apply. Applications are available in the Guidance office.
Madison Youth Athletic Association

The scholarship is for a high school senior interested in pursuing a career in a health care profession other than nursing.
James A. Combs Scholarship

The applicant for the scholarship must be a resident of the greater Middletown area and be accepted at a accredited 4 year college or university. There is no specification of major for this scholarship award.
O.K. Klafter Nursing Scholarship:

Applications are avilable in the Guidance Office
$1,500 scholarship for Middletown are students entering a nursing program after graduation. Applicant must plan on becoming a Registered Nurse.
